What is the Playbook?
The Playbook is a six month, group coaching program designed to give Compass agents the resources and tools needed to successfully implement processes, systems and sales tactics that help to scale, streamline and drive more business. In other words, it is a coaching program that gives you tangible resources that can improve your business today.
What exactly do you mean by group coaching?
Group coaching is a style of coaching where a large group of Compass agents join virtual coaching calls together. Think of it like signing up for a group fitness class, or attending a lecture with other students.
What is the difference between the annual and the Winter/Spring Playbook program?
Each year we host two Playbook programs, the first in the Winter/Spring and the second in the Summer/Fall. Normally each are priced separately. As a special, we are currently offering 30% off the total price, when you purchase both programs (aka the annual program). Keep in mind the program is still split into two segments, and you will have a short break in between each.
When does the Winter/Spring program begin?
The 2023 Winter/Spring program onboarding
occurred on January 16th, 2023, and we are offering a one hour catch up session to anyone who
enrolls after January 31st.
Plus, all past sessions are available on our platform to watch and get caught up at your own
pace! You will have platform access for a full six months from when you first sign on. 12 months
if you purchased our annual package.
What is the difference between signing up as an individual versus a team leader?
While the main difference is pricing, there are other differences in the content offered to individuals versus team leaders. Whether you sign up as an individual agent, or you sign up yourself and your team (as team leader), each agent is put into the same “main” group with all other agents.
What does a team leader get that an individual agent does not?
While everyone is invited to participate in all of the “main” sessions on Mondays and Tuesdays, regardless of agent type, only team leaders are invited to participate in team-leader specific sessions on Wednesdays and Thursdays. Those sessions review topics such as leadership, team building, hiring, onboarding and more. Additionally, all agents have the opportunity to attend other “expert mentor” sessions on Wednesdays and Thursdays, on topics such as copywriting, marketing, social media, sports and entertainment, financial planning, Compass technology, and more!
How many team members can I sign up on my team?
If you are a team leader and purchase the team leader Playbook, you can enroll (at no additional cost) up to 10 team members, including yourself. There is flexibility here, so please reach out if you are looking to enroll more members.
How do I enroll my team members?
Whether you purchase on the Compass Marketplace, or directly with Chirag Shah Coaching, you do not need to enter your team member names at the time of payment. Once you make payment, you will receive an intake form via email from our team. In this email you will be instructed to share the intake form with all team members you wish to enroll. Once a team member fills out their intake form, they will automatically be added to our system to be included in any future communications about the program.

How do I access each Playbook session?
All of our sessions included in The Playbook are going to be held virtually on Zoom. After signing up, we will send you a calendar link with the Zoom details for every session that you will accept to be added to your calendar.

What happens if I can’t attend a session?
Each session is independently recorded and available to stream on-demand on our community platform.
How long is the commitment?
This program is a six (6) month commitment. For agents who purchase the full year, you will be in both 6-month programs, spanning the full year.
How do I access any resources or materials?
You will have access to all videos and resources in our
platform! We will share an onboarding video to help you navigate how to find these items!
