After signing up to our One-on-One Coaching program, a team member from CSC will be in touch to send you our intake form for you to fill out. This form helps us gain more insight into your current business as well as your goals. Once you have completed this form you will submit it and we will review it to see which coach would be the best fit for you and your business. You will be introduced to your coach via email where you will set up your first call. During that call you and your new coach will review the intake form, create a plan of action and set up your weekly one-on-one sessions.
2. How long does my access to the GCI Accelerator last?
Your access to our exclusive GCI Accelerator program lasts the length of your six-month One-on-One Coaching contract.
3. How will my weekly schedule look?
As a One-on-One Coaching client, you are entitled to four private coaching sessions per month. Most clients typically schedule these for one per week. In addition to your private coaching, you will also gain complimentary access to our GCI Accelerator program. We host four GCI Accelerator live sessions per week on Zoom. These typically run anywhere from 30 to 45 minutes, Monday through Thursday.
4. How do I access my private coaching sessions?
All of our coaching here at CSC is done virtually. Your private, one-on-one coaching sessions will be held on Zoom, and scheduled at your convenience. At the close of each session, you will also receive a recording of the meeting for you to keep for future reference and continued learning.
5. What if I’m having issues with my computer, or can’t attend a session?
If you’re unable to attend a previously scheduled private coaching session, no worries. We are happy to reschedule! If you’re trying to access a live session, but are having technical issues, contact our support team at email@example.com and we’ll work to get it fixed right away!
