Aaron Bucbhinder

Allison Ziefert

Before I became a realtor, I worked as a project manager for a large construction management firm, ran a downtown development organization and worked in local politics. I enjoy meeting and working with all kinds of people and I never get tired of looking at houses!

I grew up in Pittsburgh, PA and have lived in Maplewood/South Orange since 1995. I have three children and am now an empty nester. You’ll often see me out on long walks in my neighborhood with my dachshund, Archie. I also love fitness classes, cooking and antiquing.

Amy Pedersen

After a successful career as a marketing consultant for companies like The Coca-Cola Company and Cox Communications, Amy decided to pivot from the corporate world and follow her passion for real estate. A seasoned negotiator, she leveraged her experience as a corporate executive to catapult into one of the area's most successful real estate advisors and joined Compass in 2021. A marketer at heart, Amy earned her bachelor's degree in advertising from University of Georgia and her masters in marketing from Georgia State University where she later went back to teach as an adjunct professor.

Jessica Sigmund

When Jessica Sigmund thinks about real estate, the first words that come to mind aren't "appraisal," "closing cost," or " adjustable-rate mortgage." Stacey Froelich

Stacey grew up in New York and moved back to live in Manhattan after graduating from the University of Florida in 1995. She started her career in Event Planning, and shortly realized that the ultimate event is finding and moving into a new home. Stacey knew a career in real estate would be a perfect fit due to her ability to connect with people and her experience balancing a fast-paced business, juggling many balls at once, and maintaining focus and organization throughout the process.
